Jim is a lifelong Bergen County resident who knows the area and has performed hundreds of inspections all over Bergen County. He is also a Certified Pillar To Post Home Inspector, Certified ASHI member and fully insured New Jersey Licensed Home Inspector. Louise Cook – Client Relations Manager

Louise is a lifelong Bergen County resident with an MBA in Marketing and experience in all aspects of client relations. Louise works hard to assure that every detail of your inspection is performed without a hitch. From scheduling the inspection to arranging for special services such as swimming pool inspection, septic systems, oil tank searches, lead paint inspections and more. She sometimes works on site with Jim to allow them to inspect even the largest properties in a reasonable amount of time. Jim and Louise work together as a team to make sure that you, our valued customers, are completely satisfied with the entire home inspection process.
